Know all men by these present that I Thomas McAleer of Lot 37 farmer for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar paid me by Peter McAleer my brother and in consideration of the love and affection I bear him do grant solo assignment and set over to the said Peter McAleer all the estate I have and which interest I have or claim as one of the sons and heirs of the late Patrick McAleer of Lot 37 my late father of fifty-five acres of land held by my said late father from the Hon. J. R. ------ under lease and afterwards with agreement to purchase the freehold thereof situated on said lot 37 Dromore Settlement. To hold to the said Peter McAleer and his heirs an assignment free of all claims by me on any account whatsoever on which land now in the posession of said Peter McAleer. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of November 1876.
