I have to him do hereby grant assign and convey to him the said Peter McAleer all my estate interest and claim the tract of land and farm belonging to my late husband who died intestate the same being about fifty five acres of land situated at Dromore Settlement Lot 37. To hold the same to him the said Peter McAleer and his heirs and assigns for ever free from all claims by me.
