Know all men by these present that I John McAleer at present of Marshfield Lot 34 Laborer son of the aforenamed Patrick McAleer for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollar paid to me by my brother Peter McAleer at present of Mount Stewart near Charlottetown laborer I do hereby grant sell and assign and set over unto the same Peter McAleer all the estate I have and interest which I have or claim as one of the heirs and next of kin of my said father to all the aforementioned farm of land of fifty five acres on township number thirty seven Dromore Settlement which belonged to my late father to hold the same to the said Peter McAleer and his heirs and assign farm free and clear of all claim or demands whatsoever of one and the same John McAleer In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand and seal subscribed and set in the twentieth day of December one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven
