Descendants of William Schurman, Jane Bonnet, and Elizabeth Hyatt

Note: This is a most wonderfully interesting early P.E.I. family. As with all family files on the Register, this file is a work in progress, and there is missing information and it may contain errors. Always check all information. There was a two volume book, written in 1973, by Ross Graves, called "William Schurman, Loyalist"..... Update: Feb 1, 1998 - It has come to my attention that copies are still available from M. F. Schurman Ltd., 19 Eustane St., Summerside, PEI, C1N 2V4. Ph. (902) 436-4291. It is a publication actually sold through the Schurman family, and therefore orders must be prepaid. The books are available for $41.00 plus $3.50 s/h. Shipping and handling may be higher to other areas. This set is the "bible" of Schurman genealogy, and I had been looking for a copy for years! I will not be including information from this publication in this file, as the book is copyrighted, however I have ordered and received a copy for reference. Thanks to Christopher Murphy for this information, Dave.
