The within Will of Annie L Campbell, being presented for Probate, by Hermina Poirier, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, made oath that she was present and did see the said testatrix sign and deliver the same, and also heard her publish and declare the same as and for her last Will and Testament, and that when she so did, she was of sound disposing mind and memory, according to this deponent's best discerning, and that she set and subscribed her name as a witness.thereto in the said testatrix presence, and that Adrien F. Arsenault, set his name as a witness thereto at the same time.

I, Annie L Campbell of Park Corner in Queen's County in Prince Edward Island, Widow of the late John Campbell, make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills or Testamentary Dispositions at any time heretofore made by me.

I hereby nominate and appoint John Johnston of Long River In Queen's County aforesaid Farmer, and Eliphalet Howatt of French River in Queen's County aforesaid Farmer and Daniel Johnston of Long River in Queen's County aforesaid, Miller, Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

I direct, all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied by my executors hereinbefore named as soon as convenient may be after my decease.

I will and bequeath unto each of my two daughters, Clara Elizabeth Wilson and Stella Campbell Keller the sum of five hundred dollars each, and for the purpose of paying the before mentioned bequests, I hereby direct and empower my executors to raise the amount in cash sufficient to satisfy the said bequests by mortgaging my homestead farm or any part thereof, upon such terms, and in such amount, as. in the discretion of my said executors, shall be deemed necessary for the purpose of this my will.

I will. devise and bequeath my homestead farm consisting of about two hundred acres, together with all the personality thereon or connected therewith, unto my grandson Donald Montgomery Campbell on his attaining the age of twenty-one years, but not before, and should my said grandson die before having attained his majority, then, and in, such case I will and direct that the last mentioned bequest. shall revert to my grandson James Townsend Campbell on his attaining the age of twenty-one years.

It is my will that my daughter, Stella Campbell Keller shall have a home on the premises hereby devised to my grandson, so long as she may desire same.

I will and direct that after my decease until such time as my grandson, devisee under this will, shall have attained the age of twenty-one my executors shall have full control and management of my estate both real and personal, and shall hold the same in trust to support and maintain my grand children, Donald Montgomery Campbell, Amy Annitta Campbell, James Townsend Campbell, Lucy Maud Mcd.Campbell and Georgie MeFarlane Campbell and their mother Ella Campbell while she remains unmarried, and during the term of her natural life, and to provide for each of my grandchildren hereinbefore mentioned, such education as my executors in their discretion, shall deem sufficient and adequate to their means,

I will and direct that each of my grandchildren hereinbefore mentioned, shall have a home on my homestead farm hereinbefore mentioned, until such time as such grandchild shall marry.

I will, devise and bequeath unto my two daughters, Clara Elizabeth Wilson and Stella Campbell Keller share and share alike, all the property both real and personal, arising from an investment of four hundred dollars made for me by one Irving Howatt of Edmonton in the Province of Alberta but invested in the name of my daughter Stella Campbell Keller, and all interest, issues and profits accruing therefrom by reason of the four hundred dollars so invested.

I also will that my executors shall be charged and chargeable only for and with his, or their respective receipts, payments, acts and wilful defaults, and shall not be charged with or for any sum or sums of money other than such, as shall actually and respectively come to his or their hands by virtue of this my will.

Witness my hand this 17th day of September A. D. 1919.
