The Last Will and Testament of Cleveland N. Robinson 1882 - 1963

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Cleveland N. Robinson, of Brackley Point in Queens County, Prince Edward Island, Farmer.

I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and testament.

I direct payment of my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as soon after my death as may be convenient.

I nominate and appoint Earl Skeffington of Brackley Point in Queens County, Price Edward Island, and Stanley Alden Skeffington of Brackley Point aforesaid, to be executors of this my will.

I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to Karen Irene Skeffington.

I give, devise and bequeath my farm property at Brackley Point, together with all stock, machinery and other personal property used in the operation of the said farm, together with al the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate to Earl Skeffington absolutely.

Dated this 28th day of December A.D. 1961.

Signed, published and declared by the said Cleveland N. Robinson as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed out names as witnesses:

This will was proved July 29th A.D. 1963 on the oath of John P. Nicholson one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and was filed and registered July 30th A.D. 1963. Probate granted same day to one of the Executors named in the Will. Stanley Alden Skeffington, co-executor named in Will, renounced his right to executorship.
