... to my daughter Elizabeth Caroline Green, wife of Harry C. Green of Summerside ... the sum of Seventeen hundred dollars ($1700.00) of lawful money of Canada.

... to my grand-daughters, Frances Anne, Penelope Catherine, Henrietta Helen, Sarah Caroline, Gertrude Elizabeth, Margaret Minnie and Eleanor Ellis, all daughters of said Harry C. Green and Elizabeth Caroline Green ... the sum of Two hundred and seventy ($270.00) dollars each, and in the event of either one or more of my said grand-daughters pre-deceasing me, I direct the bequest hereby made to such grand-daughter or grand-daughters as pre-deceasing me, shall be equally divided among her or their then surviving sisters.

... to my said grand-daughter Sarah Caroline, all the household furniture of every description, of which I may die possessed.

... to my grand-daughter Hannah Ellis, (daughter of my son John Ellis and his wife Margaret Ellis), the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid to her without interest within two years of my death by my executors, and in the event of her pre-deceasing me I direct the said one hundred dollars to be equally divided among the then surviving daughters of the said Harry C. Green and Elizabeth Caroline Green, and I hereby appoint my grand-daughters, the daughters of said Harry C. Green and Elizabeth Caroline Green, residuary legatees under this my last will.

I hereby appoint my son-in-law, the said Harry C. Green, of Summerside ... and A. Bannerman Warburton of Charlottetown, Barrister-at-law, executors of this my last will and testament.
