I Simon Day farmer in Township No. Twenty Three prince Edward Island Doth make this my last will and testament and I will and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann all my property and all that I may Own at the time of my death during her natural life for her use and benefit and the daughters unmarried that are living with her And after the death of my wife Mary Ann the Lands and all implements stock that are on the property are to be sold and the proceeds to be equally divided between my daughter Elizabeth Jane, Naomi & Mary Precilla. It is my wish that my Son George is to have the use of any of the farming implements for two years when he may require them use Also the horses when they are not required on the farm. I do appoint Malachias Wall and Donald Anderson executors to this my last will and revoke any other will I may have made. Dated this Twenty Eight day of January 1894.

This will was proved on this the 11th day of May 1897 on the oath of Malachias Wall one of the witnesses thereto and was filed and registered on the same day. And on the 31st day of March 1904 Probate was granted to both executors therein named.
