This Indenture made the twenty first day of
June in the year of our Lord one thousand
Eight hundred and Sixty four in pursuance of
an Act made and passed in the twelfth
year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lady
Queen Victoria entitled "An Act for ren-
dering a Release as effectual for the con-
veyance of Freehold Estates as a Lease and
Release by the same parties Between
David Stuart Rennie of London in that
part of Great Britain called England Esquire

and Susan his wife by Robert Rennie of Charlottetown in Prince Edward James Wares of Lot or Township Number Twenty three in the said Island farmer of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Ninety two pounds Eight shillings and Eight pence of lawful money of Prince Edward Island to the said David Stuart Rennie in hand well and truly paid to the said James Wares at or immediately before the Sealing and delivery of these presents (the receipt whereof he the said David Stuart Rennie doth hereby acknowledge) and of and from the same and every part thereof doth acquit release and discharge the said James Wares his heirs Executors administrators and assigns for and by these presents they the said David Stuart Rennie and Susan his wife have granted bargained sold limited appointed aliened released and confirmed and by these presents Do and each of them Doth grant bargain sell remit appoint alien release and confirm unto the said James Wares his heirs and assigns All that tract piece or parcel of land situate lying and being on Lot or Township Number Twenty three in the Parish of Greenville and in the County of Queens County Prince Edward Island and bounded as follows that is to say commencing at the South west side of the New Glasgow Road leading from Charlottetown at the South East angle of said James Wares Farm at the angle of said Road and the Road leading to Bungay thence (According to the magnetic north of the year 1764) along the said Road South fifty Seven degrees West or until it meets Philip Hughes's land Sixty Seven chains and Sixty Seven links thence North thirty three degrees West fifteen chains and thirty eight links thence North fifty seven degrees East Sixty seven chains and Sixty seven links or until it meets the New Glasgow Road the year along the Same South thirty three -- East fifteen chains and thirty eight links to the place of commencement containing Fifty acres or Lot or Township Number Twenty three in all and hundred and four acres be the same a little more less Together with all and every the rights privileges Easements advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the said hereditaments belonging or in any wise appertaining or there unto now or heretofore holden used occupied or enjoyed To have and to hold the said messuages or tenements lands or hereditaments and all and singular other the premises hereinbefore granted appointed and released as expressed and intended so to be with their appurtenances unto and to the use of the said James Wares his heirs and assigns forever Subject Nevertheless to the Quit Rents to become due exceptions reservations covenants and conditions in the original Grants or Letters Patents of the said premises reserved and contained And the said David Stuart Rennie and Susan his wife do hereby for themselves their heirs Executors and administrators covenant promise and agree with and to the said James Wares his heirs and assigns in manner and form following that is to say that it shall and may be lawful and for the said James Wares his heirs and assigns from time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly to enter into and upon and to have hold occupy possess and enjoy the said messuages lands and other hereditaments hereinbefore granted and released or expressed and intended so to be with their appurtenances and to receive and take the Rents Issues and profits thereof and every part thereof to and for his and their proper use and benefit without the lawful let suit trouble denial eviction interruption claim or demand what- soever of or by them the said David Stuart Rennie and Susan his wife or their heirs or assigns or of or by any other person lawfully or equitably claiming or to claim by from or under or in trust for him them or any of them In Witness Whereof the said David Stuart Rennie hath here unto set his hand and Seal the day and year first above written and the said Robert Rennie hath hereunto set the hand and seal of the said Susan Rennie by virtue of a Power of Attorney for that purpose duly executed and registered

was this day produced to me by David Stuart Rennie one of the parties
therein named and described and was there and there acknowledged
by the said David Stuart Rennie to be his act and Deed In Witness
thereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal of Office at London
this twenty fourth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand

Know all men by these presents that I the within named Susan Rennie for the consideration in the written Deed mentioned have remised released and forever quit claimed and by these presents do remise release and forever quit claim unto the within named James Wares his heirs and assigns All my estate right title and interest profit claim and demand whatsoever at Law and in Equity of in to or out of the lands messuages hereditaments and premises in the written Deed mentioned and particularly described And all my Dower or thirds or right or claim o dower or thirds in to or out of the same or any part thereof To hold the same unto the said James Wares his heirs and Assigns for-ever. In Witness Whereof Robert Rennie within named hath hereto et the hand and seal of the said Susan Rennie by virtue of a Power f Attorney for that purpose duly Executed and registered the day ad year first within written
