Know all men by these present that Elizabeth McAleer Spinster and Michael McAleer laborer Catherine McAleer Spinster and Mary McAleer Spinster daughters and son of Pat McAleer deceased do hereby in consideration of the sum of one dollar paid to us by Patrick McGuirk of Dromore farmer sell assign transfer and set over to the said Patrick McGuirk his executors administrators and assign all and each of our estate and interest in and to the farm and land held by our late father under lease from J R. ----- and of which he died possessed being 55 acres on lot 37 To hold the same to the said Patrick McGuirk and his executors administrators and assign for all the remainder of the terms of the said lease Witness our hands this 9 day of April A. D. 1880
