The Last Will and Testament of Roland H. Plummer (1817-1901, Lot 52)

(b. 8 September 1817-ME, d. 18 July 1901)

This is the last will and testament of me Roland H. Plummer of Township Number Fifty two in Kings County in the Province of Prince Edward Island.

I give devise and bequeath to my grandchild Cora Emeline McNeill the property now owned by me at Cardigan Bridge and at present in possession of Joseph (sic: = Josiah) and my daughter Angela McNeill to hold the same to the said Cora Emeline McNeill her heirs and assigns, charged nevertheless with the payment of the sum of one hundred dollars to my wife Ellen Plummer her executors administrators and assigns within six months after my decease. The balance of the property owned by me at Cardigan Bridge I devise and bequeath to my wife Ellen Plummer her heirs and assigns absolutely. A right of way of the width of 12 twelve feet for the use of my said granddaughter Cora Emeline McNeill and my wife Ellen Plummer to be reserved out of the said property bequeathed to my said granddaughter and to be used by them their heirs and assigns as tenants in common. I give and devise to my said wife Ellen Plummer her heirs and assigns all the rest residue and remainder of my real estate and personal property. I appoint William Augustus Collins Executor of this my will.
