Know all men by these presents- That I John Henry of Princetown Royalty, Prince Edwards Island (Farmer) being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament

1st I give and bequeath to my wife Flora a comfortable maintenance during her life time to be provided her by my Son Lewis or his heirs from off my Homestead farm.

2nd I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth a comfortable maintenance during her life time or untill married on my Homestead Farm and she is to have one cow and four sheep and to have them or the same number of others in their stead kept upon the farm so long as she requires them untill married and if married in addition to the said cow and four sheep she is to have the Sum of One hundred dollars to be paid her by my son Lewis or his Heirs or Executors in two equal annual installments after her marriage.

3rd I give and bequeath to my Daughter MaryAnn the sum of Sixteen dollars to be paid by my son Lewis or his Executors

4th I give and bequeath to my grand Son Henry Lewis the sum of ten dollars to be paid by my son Lewis to get him a watch.

5th I give and devise to my son Lewis his heirs and assigns all my Homestead farm and all the other property both real and personal I may possess at my death subject however to the condition that he fulfill the foregoing bequests mentioned in this will

6th I appoint and ordain Robert Crozier of Township number eighteen and George Sinclair of Princetown Royalty as Executors and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament this 30th day of September one thousand eight hundred and seventy six in presence of the witnesses named below.

The annexed Will of John Henry of Prince Town Royalty Prince County Prince Edward Island being presented for probate, James Crozier one of the subscribing witnesses thereto made oath that he was present and did see the said Testator sign seal and deliver the same as and for his last Will and Testament and that when he so did he was of sound disposing mind and memory according to the deponents best discerning and that he set and subscribed his name as a witness thereto in the said Testators presence and that Samuel W. Crozier the other witness set his name as a witness thereto at the same time.
