Inventory of deceased property
80 acres of land at Mount Tryon in Prince County aforesaid with buildings __?__ __?__ $1,700.00; Horses, cows & sheep $ 130.00; Farming implements $
18.00; Wagons & carts $ 24.00; Sundry articles $ 20.00; = Total $1,992.00.

the afore named deceased make oath and say as follows. That do above and
foregoing inventory is just and true to the best of my knowledge and
belief.

The annexed Will of Lorenzo Gamble being presented for Probate Thomas Gamble one of the subscribing witnesses thereto made oath that he was present and did see the said Testator. Sign seal and deliver the same and also heard him publish and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament and that when he so did he was of sound disposing mind and memory according to this deponent's best discerning and that he set and subscribed his name as a witness thereto in the said Testator's presence and that Robert Leard set his name as a Witness thereto at the same time.

In the name of God Amen. I Lorenzo Gamble of Mount Tryon of Lot or Township Number Twenty-seven (27) in Prince County, Province of Prince Edward Island, Farmer - being in good bodily health and of sound disposing mind and memory, calling to mind the frailty and uncertainty of human life and being desirous of settling my worldly affair and directing here the Estates with which it hath pleased God to bless me, shall be disposed of after my decease, while I have strength and capacity so to do, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking, and make null and void, all other last wills and testaments be me hereof made. And so to my worldly Estate and all the property, real, personal or mixed, of which I shall die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I devise, bequeath and dispose thereof in manner following, to wit:-

First.-My will is that all my just debts, funeral expenses and the charges of the probate of this my last Will and Testament shall, by my Executors hereinafter named, be paid out my real and personal property, as soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient.

Item.- I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Prince Gamble all that piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being in Mount Tryon of Lot or Township Number Twenty-seven (27) in Prince County, Prince Edward Island aforesaid and described as follows-commencing at a stake set on Michael Quigley's south line of land and in the northeast angle of land belonging to John Boulter: from thence running Southeastwardly along the said John Boulter's northeast line of land until it strikes John Huestis north line of land, thence Easterly along the said John Huestis North line of land to the eastern boundary thereof, then Southerly along the said John Huestis"
East line of land until it strikes John Wood's North line of land, until it strikes the Mount Tryon Road: thence northerly along the said Mount Tryon Road until it strikes the said Michael Quigley's South line of land, and thence Westerly along the said Michael Quigley's South line of land to the stake at the place of commencement, and containing - Forty Acres of land be the same a little more or less. To Have and To Hold the same together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
Prince Gamble his Heirs and Assigns for ever. It is to be distinctly understood by my Executors herein after named that my son Prince Gamble shall board and lodge Penzie Gamble, widow of the late Pope Gamble whilst she remains with him and unmarried free of charge.

Item.- I give, devise and bequeath unto my son George Gamble on his attaining to the full age of twenty-one years all that piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being in Mount Tryon of Lot or Township Number Twenty-seven (27) in Prince County, Prince Edward Island aforesaid bounded as follows:-commencing at a stake set on Michael Quigley's South line of land and on the East side of the Mount Tryon Road, from thence running Southerly along the said Mount Tryon Road the distance of nine and one half chains (9 1/2 chs), thence East until it strikes William Halliwell's West line of land until it strikes John H. Ronahan's South line of land and continuing Westerly along the South line of nine acres of land belonging to my son Clark Gamble, until it strikes the East boundary line of land belonging to Newton Dawson's East line of land and continuing Southerly along the said Michael Quigley's East line of land, until it strikes the Southeast angle of the said Michael Quigley's land and thence Westerly along the said Michael Quigley's South line of land to the place of commencement, and containing - Thirty Five Acres (35) of land a little more or less, together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging. To Have and To Hold the same on his attaining to the full age of twenty-one years as aforesaid, his Heirs and Assigns for ever.

Item.- I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Clark Gamble all that piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being in Mount Tryon of Lot or Township Number Twenty-seven (27) in Prince County, Prince Edward Island aforesaid bounded and described as follows:-commencing at a stake set on William Halliwell's West line of land, and in the Southeast angle of 25 acres of land devised and bequeathed to my son George Gamble as aforesaid from thence running Southerly along the said William Halliwell's West line of land until it strikes John B. Wood's North line of land, thence Westerly along the said John B. Woods North line of land until it strikes the Eastern boundary of a part of the said John B. Wood's land, thence Northerly along the said John B. Wood's East line of land until it strikes the north side of the said Mount Tryon Road, thence Westerly along the north side of the said Mount Tryon Road until it strikes the East side of the said Mount Tryon Road; thence northerly along said Road, until it strikes the Southern boundary of the said 35 acres of land, devised and bequeathed to my said son George Gamble as aforesaid and thence Easterly along the southern boundary of the said George Gambles 35 acres of land to the stake at the place of commencement, and containing 40 acres of land a little more or less, together with all the appurtenances. To Have and To Hold the same unto the said Clark Gamble during his natural life after his decease the said land and appurtenances devised and bequeathed him shall become the property of my said two sons Prince Gamble and George Gamble, theirs Heirs and Assigns. Lastly Thereby (nominate and appoint my good friends Thomas Gamble of Tryon, and Michael Delaney of Tryon North, to be my Executors to this my last Will and Testament to see the same done and performed according to the true intent and meaning of the same.

In witness thereof, I the said Lorenzo Gamble have here onto set my hand and seal this Eight day of May in the year of Our Lord, One Thousand nine hundred and one.
