LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ROBERT GARBERT SANDERSON

I, Robert Garbard Sanderson of St. Peter’s Bay, P.E.I., being of sound mind maketh this my Last Will and Testament. After the payments of any just debts and funeral expenses, I devise and bequeath as follows

To my son Gordon the balance due and unpaid of money due me from my son John for the homestead at Greenwich purchased by John. The conditions are that I am to be treated kindly during my life and at my death a suitable monument erected for my dear wife & myself.

I hereby appoint Milton MacLaren and Arthur Sanderson as executors to this will.

In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand and in the presence of two witnesses declare this to be my last will this 18th day of April 1925.

On this 18th day of April, 1925, Garbard Sanderson of St. Peter’s Bay signed the foregoing instrument in our presence and declared it to be his last will and as witnesses thereof, we two do now, at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, hereto subscribe our names.

The deceased died on the 25th day of April A.D., 1925, testate. Probate
was granted the 6th day of July A. D., 1925 to Milton McLaren and Arthur
Sanderson, executors named in will.

The testator sold his property to his son John during his lifetime, and
the sole estate of which he died possessed, was a balance of said purchase
money, amounting to ......................................................................$4,095.50
