This is the last Will and Testament of Mr. Terance Webster of Searl Town in Prince Edward Island Farmer. I give devise and bequeath All my real and personal Estate where so ever situate unto my friends Stephen R. Black and Dugald L Wright whom I appoint Executors to this my last Will. To have and to hold the same unto them and their heirs and of signs in Trust and it is my will and pleasure they give unto my Beloved Wife All My Real and personal Estate where so ever situate, also all my stock of Cattle, Horses, Sheep, farming essentials of what so ever kind they may be to be Ingoyed during her natural life, for her own benefit and also for the benefit of my children and when it shall please Almighty God Call my beloved wife away by death, then All my real and personal Estate as Above named and all my stock of Cattle, Horses, Sheep and farming utensils as above names or as much the of shall then remain on the premises be and the same be handed over to my said Executors unto my dear son Joseph, his heirs and assigns for ever In Witness Where of I have here to set my hand this sixth day of March in the year of our Lord 1866.

The within Will of Terrance Webster being present for Probate F Hiram Trueman, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto made oath that he was present and did see the said Testator sign seal and deliver the name and also herd him publish and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament and that when he so did, he was of sound disposing mind and memory according to this deponents best discerning and that he set and subscribed his name as a witness thereto in the said testator presence and that Lawerence Tremain set his name thereto as the same time.
