THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

of me HENRY HAMMOND POPE HOWARD of the Municipality of South Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia. Made this second day of February, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fourteen.

I HEREBY REVOKE all former Wills and other Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

I DIRECT that all my just debts, funeral and Testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I GIVE, DEVISE and BEQUEATH all the property, both real and personal, which I may die possessed of or entitled to unto my Wife, Alice Maud Mary Howard, to and for her sole use and benefit, and appoint her the sole Executor of this my Will and Trustee of my Estate.

Note: Henry Hammond Pope Howard is the son of James Howard and Charlotte (unknown) of Lot 32. He married Alice Maud Mary Palmer, daughter of James Bardin Palmer and Annie Marie Marshall of De Sable. They moved to Vancouver around 1913.
