IN CHANCERY Before the "Vice Chancellor In the matter of the application of Milton McLaren and Arthur Sanderson, executors of the last will and testament of Robert Garbert Sanderson late of Saint Peters Bay in Kings County aforesaid for the opinion and advice of this Honourable Court respecting the administration of the assets of the estate of the said Robert Garbert Sanderson

And in the matter of the Trustee Act 1910 Upon reading the petition of Milton McLaren and Arthur Sanderson, executors of the last will and testament of Robert Garbert Sanderson late of Saint Peters Bay in Kings County, Farmer, deceased, for opinion advice and direction respecting the administration of the assets of the estate of said Robert Garbert Sanderson deceased, and whether the balance due at the time of the death of the said Robert Garbert Sanderson under an agreement bearing date the Second day of February A. D. 1924 and made between the said Robert Garbert Sanderson and Matilda E. Sanderson his wife of the one part and John W. Sanderson of Greenwich in Kings County their son of the other part is payable to Gordon Sanderson of Saint Peters in Kings County a son of said Robert Garbert Sanderson under the will of said Robert Garbert Sanderson or as to who is entitled to the payment made by said John W. Sanderson to the said Milton McLaren and Arthur Sanderson, executors as aforesaid and to the remainder of the payments to be made by said John W. Sanderson under said agreement

And it appearing that the said Robert Garbert Sanderson left him surviving the following sons and daughters:- Guy Sanderson, Helena Knox, Bessie Doherty, Maynard Sanderson, Annie Yeo, Harry Sanderson, Marion Goodwin, Howard Sanderson, Almeda Anderson, John W. Sanderson, Gordon Sanderson and Sadie Cournoyer

And upon hearing Mr. George J. Tweedy, counsel for said petitioners IT IS ORDERED that all the above named parties appeal before me at my Chambers in the Law Courts Building at Charlottetown on Thursday the 20th_ day of May A. D. 1926 at the hour of 11 o'clock in the forenoon to show cause why the opinion, advice and direction of the Court should not be given respecting the administration of the assets of the estate of said Robert Garbert Sanderson and whether the balance due at the time of the death of the said Robert Garbert Sanderson under the said agreement is payable to Gordon Sanderson of Saint Peters in Kings County a son of said Robert Garbert Sanderson under the will of said Robert Garbert Sanderson or as to who is entitled to the payment made by said John W. Sanderson to the said Milton McLaren and Arthur Sanderson, executors as aforesaid and to the remainder of the payments to be made by said John W.Sanderson under said agreement

And it is further ORDERED that a copy of this order be served personally on the following persons, sons and daughters of said Robert Garbert Sanderson, namely:-

Mr. Maynard Sanderson,
Church Road, Kings County, P. E. I.

Mr. Harry Sanderson,
Marie, Kings County, P. E. I.

Mr. John W. Sanderson,
Greenwich, Kings County, P. E. I.

Mr. Gordon Sanderson, St. Peters, P. E. I.

And it is further ORDERED that the service
of this order shall be sufficiently made on the following
persons, sons and daughters of the said Robert Garbert
Sanderson who are absent from the Province of Prince
Edward Island by sending within five days from the date
hereof to each of them respectively a copy of this order
by post by registered letter with postage prepaid for
acknowledgment of receipt through the General Post Office
to the following addresses, that is to say:-
