I Hamilton G. McNeill of New Perth in Kings County, Prince Edward Island, Farmer, do make and publish my last will and testament.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real and personal of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate unto my brother Rowland H. McNeill and appoint him executor of this my will.
