Will of Angus McInniss of Prince Edward Island (-1882, Lot 37)


LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANGUS MCINNIS

In the name of God Amen

Know ye all men by theas presents that I Angus McInnis of North Side, Lot 37, Queens County in Prince County in Prince Edward Island, Farmer, being of very sick and weak body but perfect in mind thanks be unto god and knowing that it is ordained for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last will and testament. First I give and bequeath my soul to god. My body I commend to a Christian burial.

As regards such worldly goods as god has blesses me with in this life I give and bequeath them as follows

First I give and bequeath to my son Duncan one dollar to be levied out of my estate.

Secondly I give and bequeath to my son Allex Andrew one dollar to be levied out of my estate.

I also give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Anne one dollar to be levied out of my estate.

I also give and bequeath to my daughter Margaret wife of Michael McMillan one dollar to be levied out of my estate. I give and bequeath to my sons Adulphus and Daniel my farm at north side Lot 37 also all stock crop farming utensils and all movables on said farm and all my personal property of every kind soever to be equally divided between them freely enjoyed they paying all my lawful debts and the above named bequests dated at North Side this eight day of January One thousand eight hundred and eighty.
