The Last Will and Testament of Hillary Inglis (-1916, Poplar Grove)

The Will of Hilary (note spelling of christian name) Inglis - Spelling has not been edited.

I, Hillary Inglis, of Poplar Grove, Township number twelve, Prince County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions at any time by me made. I hereby appoint David Frank and W. B. Hayes of Bideford to be executors of my will. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my wife Flora Inglis and after her death the estate to go to my nephew, Roy Melvin Inglis. The said Roy Melvin Inglis to pay to my daughter Mary Jane Inglis of Waltham Mass the sum of Fifty dollars $50.00. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 23rd day of August 1913.

time who at his request in his presence
and the presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses to the due execution hereof.

This Will was proved on the 17th day of Dec a.d. 1916 on the oath of William B. Hayes and one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and was filed and registered on the 12th day of Dec. a.d. 1916
