LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I Honor Axworthy of Charlottetown in Queens County in Prince Edward Island,

Spinster declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I will and devise one Organ now at the residence of Mrs Lavinia Fogerty, to my sister Grace Axworthy. I will and devise to my brother George R Axworthy the sum of fifty dollars and interest now due by him to me. I will devise and bequeath all my property whatsoever and wheresoever situate and all the residue of my personal property to my brother Thomas Axworthy. I direct that the said Thomas Axworthy shall pay all my just debts and my funeral and testamentary expenses.

I appoint the said Thomas Axworthy Executor to this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Charlottetown this sixth day of December One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety.
