The Last Will and Testament of John Landrigan of Lot 34 (-1863).

This is the last will and Testament of me John Landrigan of Township No 34, Farmer. I give devise and bequeath to my sons James and Dennis the leasehold farm of eighty acres or thereabouts in which I now live also and the leasehold farm of fifty acres or thereabout on the West side of the Covehead Road to have and to hold both the said farms unto them and their assign during any term(?) therein respectively as tenants in common. I also give them my stock, debts, farming implements and all personal property but(?) liable and subject to the devise hereinafter mentioned. To my son John I hereby give and my son John the sum of sixty (?) pounds currency. Thirty pounds thereof to be paid him within six month after my death and the remainder within one year and a half after my decease and to be paid to him personally by my executors or to the committee or guardians of his person for the time being as the case may be for his use and support. I hereby require that said sum to be raised by my Executors out of my personal and Real property. I nominate and appoint Edward Mullens and Simon Power Executors of this my will and I hereby revoke all former and other wills heretofore made by me.
