In the name of God: I John Murphy of Prince Edward Island, Prince County lot or Township no. 27 weak in body but of sound and perfect memory, orders my Earthy affairs as follows. To my Daughter Ann I allow a Cow. To my Daughter Mary I allow Twenty Dollars. To my Daughter Margrate I allow Twenty Dollars. Also to my Daughter Ann I allow two Sheep. I further allow my Wife to live and be supported with my son John Murphy and in case of disagreement or a sale of my Estate to take place My wife to get Two Hundred dollars out of the property for her own use and benefits. To my wife I allow a year and a half old Heifer. The above twenty dollars to my Daughters Mary and Margrate I allow them to get Eighteen Months after date. To Neil Rankin two pounds five shillings. To Tremain Tobacco Manufacturer three pounds or their heirs. To John Cook three dollars. To Stephen Wright two dollars and fifty cents. To Doctor Johnson Ch. Town 50. I further allow Six dollars to be given for offering Masses for the repose of my soul. To my son John I allow my farm or property and the remainder of my effects by him paying the debts now due on my property. I further allow John Kelly and John Duffy to be executors to this Will and acknowledge this Will to be my last Will and Testament. This nineteenth day of September one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty-one 1881.

This will was proved on the 3rd January 1882, on the oath of John Duffy or subscribing witness on same day granted Probate to John Kelly, reserving power to grant the same to the other executor when registered
