In the name of God Amen I, William Axworthy, farmer of Lot twenty-four, in Queens

County, in the Province of Prince Edward Island, declare this to be my last will and testament.

I give all my real estate, consisting of about ninety-two acres, all my stock and implements to George Axworthy my son, except a horse and carriage and sleigh (driving) which I give to my wife Elizabeth Axworthy. My son George Axworthy will maintain my wife Elizabeth Axworthy during her lifetime. He shall also pay to my son William Axworthy, seven hundred dollars within two years. My son George Axworthy shall also get two hundred dollars due next spring.

I hearby nominate and appoint Richard Stead, son of Robert and Malcolm Ross, as executors of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have this twentieth day of December AD 1918 set my hand and signature.
