Last Will and Testament of William Carroll (1800-1894, Lot 34)

I William Carroll of Lot 34 in Queens County, Prince Edward Island, farmer being of sound and disposing Mind and Memory do make and publish this my last will and testament.

First. I give and bequeath to my fourth daughter Margaret Carroll the sum of one hundred dollars lawful current money of the Dominion of Canada.

Second. I give and devise to my second son John Carroll of Lot 34, Queens County, all the rest and residue of my Estate real and personal of which I am seized and possessed at the time of my death.

Third. I appoint Thomas McGrath of Lot 34, Queens County and Charles Riordan of Lot 34 Queens County P.E. Island executors of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I the said William Carroll set my hand and seal hereunto this fourteenth day of February, 1881.
