That William Gamble late of Muddy Creek aforesaid farmer departed this life about the 16th day of December instant A.D. 1904., possessed of personal property and credits ot the probable value of six hundred dollars or thereabouts and leaving him surviving as his next of kin.
Martha wife of Robert Brooks of Lot 11 Prince Couny of said Island farmer, Archibald Gamble of New Castle, New Brunswick, Blacksmith - Leslie Gamble of State of Connecticut in the United States of America builder. Gordon Ganble of Amesborough, State of Massachesetts United States of America Blacksmith, Silas Gamble of New York State of New York, Unites States of America Journalist - Inas (sic - Inez) Gamble of Muddy Creek aforesaid Spinster - Ida wife of Jacob Mallet of Miscouche Point Prince County aforesaid farmer and Lula (sic - Lulu) wife of George Warren of Mount Stewart in said Island Miller.
That your petitioner is a brother of the said intestate and has been requested by the said next of kin of the said William Gamble who reside within the jurisdictionof this honorable Court - to act for them in administoring the affairs of the said deceased as will appear by the paper __?__ __?__ annexed marked "a"

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we Otis W. Gamble of Linkletter Road in Prince County in the Province of Prince Edward Island Farmer, John William Clark of same place farmer and Everett C Clark of same place farmer are held and firmly bound unto the Surrogate Judge of Probate, in and for Prince Edward Island, in the sum of Fourteen Hundred Dollars of lawful money of the Dominion of Canada, to be paid to the said Surrogate Judge of Probate, for the time being, for which payment, to be well and truly made, we bind ourselves, and each of us by himself, for and in the whole, our and each of our Heirs, Executors and Administrators, firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals, dated this twenty seventh day of December, in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and four.

The condition of this Obligation is such, that if the above bounden Otis W. Gamble Administrator of all and singular the Goods and Chattels, and Credits of William Gamble late of Muddy Creek in said County, Farmer, the deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Real Estate, Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased which have, or shall come, to the hands, or possession, or knowledge of the said Otis W. Gamble or into the hands or possessions of any other person or persons, for him and the same so made, do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited into the Registry of the Surrogate Court for the said Island, on or before the Twenty Seventh day of March next ensuing; and the same Goods, Chattels and Credits, and all other the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased, at the time of his death, which at any time after shall come into the hands or possession of the said Otis W. Gamble or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons, for him do well and truly administer, according to the law; and further to make or cause to be made, a true and just account of the said Administration, at or before the Twenty Seventh day of June next ensuing, and all the rest and residue of the Goods, Chattels and Credits, which shall be found remaining upon the said Aministrator's account, the same being first examined and allowed by the said Surrogate Court, or other Court of Competent authority in that behalf, do deliver and pay over to such person or persons, respectively, at the said Surrogate Court, or other Court of competent authority in that behalf, by Decree or Sentence, pursuant to the true intent and meaning of this Act, shall limit and appoint. And if it shall heresfter appear, that any last Will and Testament was made by the said Deceased, and the said Executior or Executors therein named so exhibit the same into the said Surrogate Court, making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly, if the said Otis W. Gamble above bounden being thereunto required, do render and deliver the Letters of Administration (Probate of such Testement being first had and made), unto the said Surrogate Court; then this obligation is to be void and of no effect, or to remain in full force and virtue.
