The Last Will and Testament of William Cummings

This is the last will and testament of me William Cummings of lot thirty two in Queens county Prince Edward Island farmer as follows. First I desire that my last debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors hereinafter named out of my personal estate as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease . Also I give devise and bequeath unto my son John Cummings all the farm where on I live and which I occupy with all the buildings stock and moveables thereon and to my daughter Catherine Moreshead two sheep and I constitute and appoint my son John Cummings and Donald McKinley and James Warren to be executors of this my will hereby revoking all former wills by me at any times heretofore made and declaring this only to be my last will and testament in witness whereof. I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 10th day of July one thousand eight hundred and fifty one.
